At Confidential Concierge Consulting, protecting your privacy is not merely a legal obligation—it is the cornerstone of our practice. We deliver an elevated standard of discretion designed specifically for executives, military personnel, public figures, and high-responsibility individuals who require absolute confidentiality.
HIPAA Compliance
We are fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules. All protected health information (PHI)—verbal, written, or electronic—is safeguarded through:
- End-to-end encryption for all communications, telehealth sessions, and records
- HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record systems and client portals
- Strict access controls, two-factor authentication, and annual security risk assessments
- Executed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with every third-party vendor that may handle PHI
Notice of Privacy Practices
You will receive our complete Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) at the start of services. It details:
- Permissible uses and disclosures of your PHI (primarily for treatment and practice operations)
- Your rights to access, amend, restrict, and request confidential communications
- Our obligations to protect your information and notify you in the rare event of a breach
We document your acknowledgment of the NPP or good-faith efforts to obtain it.
Limits of Confidentiality
Information is held in strict confidence except in these legally mandated circumstances:
- Imminent risk of harm to self or others
- Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult
- Valid court order (privilege asserted where possible)
No other disclosures occur without your explicit written authorization.
Enhanced Privacy Measures
Beyond standard HIPAA requirements, our concierge model includes:
- Referral-Invitation- Screening- vetting access and password-protected digital presence (@Insight4040)
- No public advertising, listings, or social media activity
- Non-public scheduling and direct encrypted communication only
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) available for qualifying high-profile clients
- Separate, additionally protected storage for sensitive psychotherapy notes
- Direct Payment/Private Pay-No Insurance Claims-Processing or Reimbursements
Data Retention
Records are retained in accordance with New Hampshire and Massachusetts laws and ethical guidelines, then securely destroyed.
Your Rights
You retain full rights to:
- Access and obtain copies of your records (reasonable fee may apply)
- Request amendments or restrictions on use/disclosure
- Receive an accounting of certain disclosures
- File a complaint with us or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
